Liam was one of the most helpful people I came across in this industry. He is a master at his craft and has the clients best interest at heart at all times. I was never left guessing as his assistant Siobhan kept me in the loop at every stage during the sale process. Just purchased our first home from Siobhan. From beginning to end Siobhan was always there to answer any question we had. From house searching for months, we realised the importance of a good estate agent and Siobhan is an excellent estate agent.. She is absolutely fantastic to deal with . 5 star service. Always so obliging and helpful. Fantastic communication.There were loads of delays because of the legal issues on the vendor's side and the vendors live outside of Ireland made matters more difficult. Despite Covid, she was on the top of everything. She look after the vendors' needs but also our needs. Siobhan was constantly communicating with the vendors , solicitors and us. We never had to wait for her reply for more than 24 hours. We waited 10 months for our home but if it wasn't for Siobhan's fantastic Service, we would have given up.
