Liam Mullins and Associates were employed by my bank to provide a valuation for my future house for a self build mortgage application, which as an unusual build was hard to value. They took considerable care to learn about the specifics of the build, which was a steep learning curve, and the computer renders of the completed property, to determine what nearby property would be most similar before providing a valuation.
