Liam Mullins and Associates were employed by my bank to provide a valuation for my future house for a self build mortgage application, which as an unusual build was hard to value. They took considerable care to learn about the specifics of the build, which was a steep learning curve, and the computer renders of the completed property, to determine what nearby property would be most similar before providing a valuation. Organise the closing of the Electricity and Gas accounts from the out going tenants.
Facilitating the changeover of Electricity and Gas accounts to the new tenants name
Advising tenants on the current phone, internet and television providers
Collection of the first month’s rent and deposit prior to signing of the letting agreement.
Transfer rent minus professional fees to landlords bank account within 5 working days.
