With 40 years experience working in the auctioneering sector, Liam is well informed of both national and local property trends.
Throughout his career, Liam has always strived to increase his experience and knowledge base and partakes in continued professional development. He holds a Diploma from The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and is also a TEGoVA qualified estate agent. As a recognised European Valuer (REV), Liam provides a comprehensive valuation service including bank valuations for Cork County Council, Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, EBS, AIB, KBC and other financial institutions, probate valuations, farm valuations, HSE Fair Deal valuations, tax and court purpose valuations and commercial valuations.
Liam carries out many valuations each week, giving him intimate knowledge of property prices in your area.
Joan Mullins – Company Director
Joan, Liam’s wife is a founding member of the company. Prior to joining the family business 25 years ago, Joan worked as a Legal Secretary for 18 years. She is a fully licensed auctioneer and estate agent. Property management and account’s are currently Joan’s main expertise in the business.

Siobhan, a second generation, has been immersed in the family auctioneering business from a very young age.
Siobhan is a fully licensed auctioneer and TEGoVA qualified estate agent. As a recognised European Valuer (TRV), Siobhan provides a comprehensive valuation service including bank valuations for Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, EBS, AIB, KBC and other financial institutions, probate valuations, site valuations, HSE Fair Deal valuations and tax and court purpose valuations.
Aside from her auctioneering background, Siobhan attended Mary Immaculate College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Education Primary School Teaching Degree. She continued her educational studies at the Crawford College of Art & Design where she graduated with a Masters in Teaching Visual Arts in Primary and Early Years Education.
Siobhan strives to bring a creative and quirky edge to the life of an estate agent through her passion for the arts. She is also very active on matters relating to climate action and is committed to empowering others to live more sustainably. Like her father, Siobhan believes in dedication and commitment to her work and continuously strives to develop her skills and knowledge in the ever-changing property landscape.
